I have used BlueBonnet products for over 20 years and have always been pleased. I personally think they are of the highest quality and are easily absorbed by the body's gut and biosystem. However, when received yesterday I did not notice the bottle contained the caplets instead of the capsules which I had ordered. I sometimes have trouble swallowing large caplets (which these are), but I had already opened them when I realized they were not the capsules. Since I am out of Vit C and need it, I am keeping them. If someone is looking for a quality supplement, I could not recommend BlueBonnet more strongly. I am always of the opinion that if I'm looking to assist my body in being more healthy, then I'm happy to pay a bit more for quality. At 78 years, active and youthful......and even with being a cardiac patient with electrical issues for over 40 years..., I'm living proof that food and proper supplementation when called for are vital to continuing a more healthy life. I just received my semi-anual CBC report and it was perfect in every category. Here's to our good health!
