Good flavor!Must have for eating sushi! Great product and will definitely buy again!VERY Tasty but most important it is Gluten Free for those with Celiac Disease. I usually only have Tamari Sauce for my sushi but I just recently learned about the GF Eel Sauce and it is YUMMY in my tummy. Goes well with sushi and other rice dinners. I keep the original bottle in the garage frig and labeled a smaller glass container for my inside frig. I just refill it as needed so it is more convenient to place on table for dinner.This stuff is amazing! Great on sushi, sushi bowls, stir fry, marinade, and recently we used it on chicken wings!Sauce is really good on sushiGreat taste. Good shelf life.Very good tasting, but the jug had a crack in it, and the sauce was leaking out. I had to get in touch with Amazon for a refund. They say "no refunds, no returns" with food items, but if you get them on chat, you can get a refund on any DAMAGED food item...as you should!
