I’m very happy with this enzymes. Me and my daughter 4 year old use every day at least once a day and it’s wonderful how changed our digestion, plus still just one was enough for us.This is the highest quality digestive enzyme product that I've used. I tried a couple of other brands, but they don't even come close to this one. It's expensive, but in my case it's definitely worth it. That said, it's unfortunate that they made it even more expensive (from $72 to $82). Anyway, I will continue using it for now. Hopefully I will get a diagnosis and treatment plan from my gastroenterologist now that I have sought treatment, but until then this product is helping me out more than anything.WOW, WOW, WOW. This is a must-have in your supplement stash, especially for the occasional indulgence in something (like a wonderful tomato sauce) that previously has been verboten. Love it and won't ever run out!My daughter threw up after taking this. After the third time we discovered it was to blame and stopped using it.One of the best I've used. Contrary to internet talk Mag Sterate is not toxic or harmful in any way.
