Initially, I was a bit hesitant to buy this product as some reviewers said it is bland and has no taste. But I decided to give it a try as their ingredients look AMAZINGLY clean, and with brown rice noodles! I am so glad I did and I think that I found out why the other reviewers did not like the taste. It is because this company's flavoring packet is in paste form, not powder. As a result, if you are used to powdered flavor packets and don’t stir enough until the paste completely dissolves, there is really no taste. That said, it is not hard to stir it until the paste is all dissolved, and the taste is nice and natural. I found the broth to be fragrant, delicious, and very natural tasting. I felt good eating this as I am careful about what I put into my body and prefer clean products. I added some seasoned ready-to-eat tofu for extra protein and that was a very satisfying meal for me. I loved the fact that it comes with brown rice noodles too. Check out the ingredient list as compared with other noodle soups. Highly recommended.
