One family member has celiac disease and I want to include her with eating the same things that everyone else is ohhhhing and ahhhhhing over. Everyone was loving the dessert. No one would guess it was gluten free. It is expensive as all gluten free flours can be (In my experience). I would 100% buy this again! This may be a new Thanksgiving staple.great for gluten free people who miss real foodLove this spice cake! Made it in a bundt pan and just sprinkled a little powdered sugar over the top. It tasted great. I also.think a light drizzle of a cream cheese icing would be wonderful.Only thing I don’t like about it is that it’s not always easy to buy.
