Purchased these shoes for walking on the treadmill. What I like about the shoe is that the back heel is not made of a hard support, so it does not dig into the back of your foot. They are very comfortable and not horribly heavy. As the shoes are somewhat snug, I use a shoe horn to ease my foot into the shoe. Unless you use a shoe horn or your finger back by your heel, the soft heel material will get scrunched down and you will not have proper fit. It seems like Nike have traditionally fit on the narrow side, so beware if you have never purchased this brand before. I usually take a medium width, and although these shoes fit, they are not as wide as other brand mediums.
